Atta-dīpā viharatha, atta-saraṇā, anañña-saraṇā; dhamma-dīpā, dhamma-saraṇā, anañña-saraṇā.”
Dwell with your Self as your island, Self as your refuge, with none other as refuge; Dwell with the Dhamma as your island, Dhamma as your refuge, with none other as refuge.

DN 16 Mahāparinibbāna Sutta

“Just like the ocean has just one taste, the taste of salt; this Dhamma teaching and Vinaya training has one taste, the taste of liberation.

Aṅguttara Nikāya 8.19

Gautama Buddha’s original teaching is all about psychotherapy — healing of the mind from its defilements, anxieties, and illusions. It reveals how clarity, compassion, and inner stillness free consciousness from worldly suffering and lead toward the Deathless.

The Universal Dhamma — Liberation Path of the Manussa

The Dhamma is not bound to one people or one culture — it belongs to the race of man (manussa). The Buddha himself arose from a Western bloodline, and his teaching speaks to the deepest ache of the manussa: aging, suffering, and death. Across East and West, the archetype of the Returning One — the Messiah, the Deliverer — reveals the same universal cry for liberation.

My work traces these living connections: how Greek art and Egyptian archetypes shaped the image of the Buddha; how the Therapeutae of Alexandria linked Buddhism with early Jewish and Christian traditions; how even our words “therapy” and “therapeutic” echo the Theravāda lineage.

This is why I share the Buddha’s path today: as a universal path of healing and liberation for the race of man, inviting every seeker to walk beyond suffering into the deathless.

The Ancient Path to End Saṃsāra

What if healing your mind was the first step to ending all suffering?

According to the original teachings of Gautama Buddha,
🔥 rāga (worldly attachment),
😠 dosa (negative mind states),
🌫️ moha (delusion and ignorance)
are the deep-rooted impurities that keep the manussa trapped in the endless cycle of rebirth, aging, and death in this world.

🌀 But there is a way out.
There is an ancient path — walked by sages, purified by renunciants, and revealed by the Buddha himself — that leads to the end of rebirth, and to Nibbāna-dhātu: the blissful, deathless, and permanent realm beyond all worlds.

This is not mythology.
It is Dhamma — a living truth for the manussa, calling us to awaken now.

☸️ Walk the path.
🧘 Heal the mind.
💫 Transcend the world.

🔥 rāga(執著世間)、
😠 dosa(負面心理)、
🌫️ moha(無知妄想)

 Sammāsambuddho — the “Rightly and Fully Awakened One.”

The term sammā means “rightly, completely, in full accordance with Dhamma.” Sambuddha means “one who is fully awakened.” Together they signify one who has:

  • Discovered the path to liberation by seeing deeply into the manussa lineage — its mysterious birth, its burden of suffering, and its cosmic duty — and revealed how its story could end in freedom.
  • Awakened in full, he beheld the architecture of existence — the turning of worlds, the fetters that bind, the rise and fall of universes, even the Source — and saw the narrow gate that opens beyond them all.
  • Unsealed the hidden Gate of Liberation, walking it first himself, then teaching it so others too might pass through.

This is why his awakening was cosmic. Gautama’s realization was not merely personal enlightenment. It was the re-establishment of the lawful exit for the entire manussa lineage — a rediscovery that reverberated through the galaxies. His awakening ensured that the path would remain open for as long as the Dhamma endures.

Anekajāti saṃsāraṃ, sandhāvissaṃ anibbisaṃ;
Gahakāraṃ gavesanto: dukkhā jāti punappunaṃ.
Gahakāraka diṭṭho’si, puna gehaṃ na kāhasi;
Sabbā te phāsukā bhaggā, gahakūṭaṃ visaṅkhataṃ;
Visaṅkhāragataṃ cittaṃ, taṇhānaṃ khayam ajjhagā.

Through many births in saṃsāra I wandered,
not finding the house-builder.
Painful is birth again and again.
O house-builder, you are seen!
You will not build this house again.
All your rafters are broken,
your roof-ridge is destroyed.
The mind (citta), having reached the Unconditioned,
The mind (citta), has attained the destruction of craving.

(Dhammapada Verses 153-154)

漂泊无止境;

你将无法再造屋;

The Search for the Soul

For countless lifetimes, the mind (citta) has wandered through saṃsāra in this world, constructing one body after another—each one a new house (geha) for existence. Driven by attachment(rāga), aversion(dosa), and ignorance (moha), it has been the builder of its own prison, perpetuating the cycle of birth and death.

At last, the house-builder (gahakāraka) is found: the mind(citta) itself. No longer hidden, its role is fully seen and understood. With this profound realization, the very foundations of continued existence are shattered. The scaffolding of craving and clinging collapses. The cycle of construction comes to an end.

Purified and released from all worldly conditioning (visaṅkhāra), the mind (citta) no longer constructs within the world. It no longer inclines toward another body, nor toward any worldly existence. With the flames of craving (taṇhā) for the world extinguished, it turns toward Nibbāna-dhātu —a reality beyond this world, beyond aging and death. It is the unconditioned (asaṅkhata) on the worldly, untouched by the laws of this world of aging and death—a realm of perfect peace, true freedom, and permanent bliss.
